You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Requests to change an order (including size, color, model, or shipping address) must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, all changes are subject to order status and product availability.

All requests must be submitted via email. Requests received after the allowed time window may not be approved.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy after your order is delivered.
Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping or handling fees.
Decemberstory reserves the right to refuse any cancellation or change request that falls outside the permitted timeframe or does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
