You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must remain intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Returns requested after the 30-day window may not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be in resellable condition. We cannot accept returns for skirts, handbags, or accessories that show signs of wear, stains, odors, damage, or alteration after delivery. Items returned without original packaging or tags may be refused.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items such as final sale or clearance products are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

3. Accepted Return Cases

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item significantly differs from the description or images shown on our website.

In these cases, Decemberstory will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional charge. Please contact our support team before sending the item back so we can guide you through the process.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution such as a refund or store credit.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned package is received, our team will inspect the item and notify you by email regarding the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, we recommend checking with your bank first. If further assistance is needed, our support team will be happy to help.
