2. Secure Payment Guarantee
a) Order Processing & Data Protection
To place an order in our online shop, certain personal data is required to process your purchase and fulfill the contract. Mandatory information is marked accordingly, while additional details are optional.
You may create a password-protected customer account to store your data for future purchases. You can modify or delete your account data at any time.
All order transactions are encrypted using TLS technology to prevent unauthorized access.
For order fulfillment, personal data may be shared with production partners, shipping providers, and service partners involved in delivery and customer support.
Payments via PayPal are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. Payments via Stripe are processed by Stripe, Inc., United States. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.
For trackable shipments, order and address data may be shared with Printify Inc., United States, to enable shipment tracking and delivery notifications.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Order and payment records are retained for up to ten years due to legal obligations.
b) Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraud, we perform security checks during checkout via Stripe, including IP-based geolocation analysis. This may result in certain payment methods being unavailable.
You have the right to request a manual review of automated decisions. Please contact us if you believe a payment method was rejected in error.
c) Google Maps Autocomplete
During checkout, Google Maps Autocomplete may be used to help prevent delivery errors. Google may process IP-based geolocation data for this purpose.
Google may associate this information with your Google account if you are logged in. You can prevent this by logging out before entering your address.

d) Customer Reviews – Trustpilot
After completing an order, we may invite you to review your purchase via Trustpilot. To facilitate this, limited order-related data may be shared with Trustpilot Ltd., United Kingdom.
You may opt out of review invitations at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the email.
e) Google Customer Reviews
We also use Google Customer Reviews to collect seller and product feedback. Participation is optional and based on your consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in Google emails.
